Mr. Robert Kearley is the Vice President of Human Resources of WZR Development ULC (WesternZagros). He brings over 25 years of Canadian and international human resources experience and has held senior managerial positions with Western Energy Services, Calfrac Well Services and Calmena Energy Services.
Mr. Kearley’s experience includes labour and employee relations; workforce planning and recruitment; performance and talent management; compensation and merger and acquisition activity. He has worked for companies active in North and South America, the Middle East and Russia.
Mr. Kearley holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Cooperative) degree from Memorial University and Master of Business Administration from Athabasca University, Canada.
