Mr. Lance Berg is the Senior Vice President of Engineering and Operations of WZR Development ULC (WesternZagros). He brings over 30 years of international engineering and operations experience that includes technical and managerial positions with ExxonMobil (formerly with Mobil) and executive management experience with NAL Resources.
Mr. Berg’s extensive technical background includes enhanced oil recovery and offshore developments and expertise in unconventional tight oil development (Cardium) and horizontal multi-stage fraccing. At WesternZagros, he has played a central role in obtaining the approvals of the Kurdamir and Garmian Development Plans and is responsible for their implementation.
Mr. Berg holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering (with Distinction) from the University of Alberta, Canada and is a Professional Engineer in Alberta.
